Karar International Dance Academy (KIDA) is a Christ Centered biblically based "worship" arts academy. Its foundation is based on Luke 4:18-19 which states "The Spirit of the Lord is upon me, because he hath anointed be to preach the gospel to the poor, he hath sent me to heal the brokenhearted, to preach deliverance to the captives, and recovering of sight to the blind, to set at liberty them that are bruised, to preach the acceptable year of the Lord".
Karar is a place that is conducive to learning not only dance and mime but for nurturing and fostering an intimate relationship with our Heavenly Father by way of creative arts. Karar was founded in June 2008 by Minister LaVelle Clark and her husband Mike Clark. It's purpose is to equip those serving in ministry of arts. The Academy's mandate is to save the lost, heal the sick, deliver and set captives free in Jesus' Name.
